Positions available for 3 to 5 days per week.
Must include Thursday evening and every Saturday.

We have available a postion for a creative, motiviated, talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our Team at Fremantle.

Must be fully qualified with client base.

An opportunity to join our strong, professional Administration Team.

Must be available to work on a Thursday evening and every Saturday.

The successful applicant must be mature, responsible, well presented, nurturing, caring and able to multi-task.

We do require a minimum of 2 years experience in a Receptionist / Secretarial role.

Word, Excel knowledge is required.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering our very busy incoming client calls
• Greeting our clients upon arrival with a warm genuine smile.
• Escorting our clients to the Change Room
• Confirmation of client appointments
• Receiving payments
• Posting Gift Vouchers and Products
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Ensuring the spa is looking perfect to uphold how very high standards

You will be part of a dynamic Team reporting directly to the Spa Manager and Directors.

As part of your position it is important you attend Product Training for Pevonia, so you are familiar with our ranges. Also a passion or interest in the dynamic Beauty Industry would be necessary.
