Tips To Enhance Your Spa Experience

Please arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late your appointment duration will be reduced to accommodate our next guest. Please allow time for parking as we don't want you to arrive stressed due to you rushing. Underwear must be worn for all body treatments. For some treatments we will provide disposable underwear. Robes and slippers are provided. Towels are used to respect your privacy. We take care of your belongings, but take no responsibility for loss or damage. It is advisable to leave expensive items at home. In most treatments you will be asked to remove your jewellery.

Please turn OFF your mobile phone when entering the Spa to respect other guests.

The timing of packages is approximate and the order of services specified may change at the therapist's discretion.

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Diners and AMEX credit cards. Unfortunately we don't accept personal cheques.

Medical Contra Indications

If you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant please ensure you let our Spa Coordinator or your Spa Therapist know as some spa services may not be suitable for you and we will be more than happy to suggest other treatments.

  • High/Low Blood Pressure
  • Overactive/Underactive Thyroid
  • Prescription for Roacutane
  • Using a Steroid Cream
  • Diabetes


It is necessary that underwear is worn for all treatments. For our wet body treatments we will provide disposable underwear. During your treatment you will be draped with a towel to ensure your privacy. Robes and slippers will be provided for your comfort with selected treatments.

In the sauna bathers must be worn.

Timing of your Treatment

The timing of our treatments and packages are approximate and the order of services specified may change at the therapists discretion. If you do arrive late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced in order to accommodate a prompt start time for our next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for more than 1 hour will be held by a credit card number or gift certificate number.

When rescheduling or canceling your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for those scheduled during the week and 48 hours notice on a Saturday. Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50%, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.

Corporate Bookings, Group Booking and Bridal Parties

We can accommodate up to 16 guests at Keturah Highgate or Fremantle at any one time. Please call Jemma on 9228 0855 for a quotation and smooth coordination of your Group Booking.


In keeping with our firm commitment to your comfort, safety, cleanliness and hygiene, we use only thoroughly sterilized and sanitised equipment for all services and treatments.
