Tips to Enhance Your Experience

Please arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  If you arrive late your appointment duration will be reduced to accommodate our next guest.

Underwear must be worn for all treatments.  For some treatments we will provide disposable underwear.  We at all times respect your privacy.  We take care of your belongings, but take no responsiblity for lost or damaged personal items.  It is advisable to leave expensive items at home and in most treatments you will be asked to remove your jewellery.

Please turn off your mobile phone when entering our clinics to respect other guests.

The timing of packages is approximate and the order of services specified may change at your Therapist’s discretion.

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa and AMEX cards. We do not accept Cheques.  Online Afterpay is accepted for Gift Voucher and Product purchases.

All bookings require either a Gift Voucher or 50% Deposit to secure the appointment. Once a Deposit is paid this is non refundable. Should you cancel your scheduled appointment within our Cancellation Policy, your deposit will be held towards your future appointment, and the credit will be on your account. Terms & Conditions are the same as a Gift Voucher.

1) Treat your Gift Voucher like cash, Gift Voucher’s are your responsibility to take care of within your possession. 2) Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. 3) Gift Vouchers may be redeemed at any of our 3 locations. 4) You must bring your Gift Voucher with you at the time of your appointment as this is your form of payment, treatment payment will not be honoured without your Gift Voucher. 5) If you have an online Gift Voucher this must be printed and presented at the time of your appointment or the services will not be honoured via Gift Voucher payment. 6) Our Cancellation Policy is very strict, Tuesday to Friday 24 hours notice and Saturday to Monday 48 hours notice, failure to adhere to this policy will result in your Gift Voucher being fully redeemed. 7) Gift Vouchers have a value at the date of purchase for a Package or Treatment, if any price increases are relevant at the time of the Gift Voucher being redeemed the increased value of the treatment balance must be paid by the consumer.  8) Gift Vouchers will expire 3 years from date of purchase.  9) Special Offer Gift Vouchers will expire 6 months from date of purchase. 10) Expired Gift Vouchers will not be honored as they become void after the expiry date. 11) Failure to keep an appointment will result in the Gift Voucher becoming void and fully redeemed. 12) Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, products or cosmetic treatments. 13) Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded. 14) It is your responsibility to use the full value of the voucher before the expiry date. 15) Unused balances on a Gift Voucher will not be refunded, credited and no cash will be given for any unused balances. 16) If your treatment exceeds the available value on your Gift Voucher you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. 17) We reserve the right to change any terms contained within these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Bookings for more then 1 hour will be held with a credit card number or Gift Voucher number.

If rescheduling or cancelling your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for a Tuesday to Friday booking and 48 hours notice for a Saturday and Monday booking.

Any cancellations after the required time, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50% or your Gift Voucher being fully redeemed.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies or are pregnant please ensure you let us know at the time of booking as some treatments may not be suitable for you and we will be more then happy to suggest another treatments.

It is necessary that underwear is worn for all treatments.  For our wet body treatments and personal waxing we will provide you with disposable underwear.  During your treatment your privacy will be respected at all times.

In our Sauna bathers or underwear must be worn.

The timing of our treatments and packages are approximate and the order of services may change at your Therapists discretion.  If you arrive late for your appointment, the time of your treatment will be reduced so we may accommodate a prompt start for our next guest.  So please allow enough time for traffic and parking.

We can accommodate Group Bookings at our Highgate, Nedlands or Carine clinics.

In keeping with our firm commitment to your comfort, safety, cleanliness and hygiene, we use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment for all services and treatments.

Whilst we endeavour to look after your belongings we take no responsibility for loss or damage.  It is advisable to leave expensive items at home.

We do not refund on products.   Any return must be is within 14 days of purchase, we will accept these products as returns if they are unused and still in their original packaging.  Returns will be applied as a Credit only and will be valid for 3 years.  You may use this Credit towards our services or product purchases in the future.
